We built Alpenglow AI on a simple principle: we have no business interest in your personal data. We don't want it, we don't store it, and we will never profit from it.

Our five core commitments

We do not store your conversations.

Voice sessions, chat messages, and AI responses in HireMe, SpeakMe, ExplainMe, and all GlowVoice agents are processed in real time and are not retained on Alpenglow AI servers after your session ends.

We do not mine, sell, or share your data.

Your conversation content, transcripts, audio recordings, video, uploaded documents, resumes, and job descriptions are never sold to third parties, shared with advertisers, or used for any commercial purpose beyond delivering the session to you.

We do not train AI models on your content.

Nothing you say, upload, or submit — in any Alpenglow AI product — is used to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models. Your data is yours. Period.

We do not reuse your audio, video, or text.

Content submitted to GlowTranslate (video, audio, documents) is processed for your translation job only. Alpenglow AI acquires no rights to your media and does not archive, analyze, or repurpose it after delivery.

We do not want your personal data.

We collect only what is strictly required to operate your account (email, payment reference) and deliver the service. We do not collect demographic data, behavioral profiles, or any data we do not need.

We will never — under any circumstances:

  • Sell or license your personal data to any third party
  • Use your HireMe, SpeakMe, or ExplainMe conversations for AI training
  • Mine conversation transcripts for commercial insights
  • Retain voice recordings after a session ends
  • Retain submitted video or audio after translation delivery
  • Share your resume, job descriptions, or coaching content with employers or recruiters
  • Build behavioral or demographic profiles on individual users
  • Use your data for advertising or remarketing

Who We Are

Alpenglow AI, LLC ("Alpenglow AI," "we," "us," or "our") is a Denver, Colorado-based company operating the GlowSphere AI platform — including GlowVoice (HireMe, SpeakMe, ExplainMe, and custom agents), GlowTranslate (GlowDub, GlowCast, GlowDocs), and GlowFlow (GlowSDR, GlowBooks, GlowDesk). This Privacy Policy explains exactly what data we collect, what we do with it, and — more importantly — what we will never do with it.

What We Collect (and Why)

We collect only what is necessary to operate your account and deliver the Services:

  • Account identifiers — email address and encrypted password (or SSO token), used solely to authenticate your account.
  • Billing reference — a payment token from our payment processor (Stripe). We never store full card numbers.
  • Session metadata — timestamps, session duration, and agent type. Used for usage limits and abuse protection. Not linked to conversation content.
  • IP address — used for security, rate limiting, and fraud prevention. Not linked to conversation content.
  • Browser/device type — used for compatibility and error diagnosis. No fingerprinting.
  • Conversation content (transient) — voice audio, text messages, and AI responses are processed in memory to deliver the live session. They are not written to persistent storage after the session ends.
  • Uploaded files (transient) — resumes, job descriptions, and documents uploaded to HireMe are held only for the duration of your active session and purged thereafter. GlowTranslate media files are held only until translation delivery is confirmed.

We do not collect: real name, phone number, address, date of birth, demographic data, or any information we do not need to operate your account.

GlowVoice Products — HireMe, SpeakMe & ExplainMe

These products involve live AI voice conversations. The following data practices apply specifically to all GlowVoice agents:

  • VOICE AUDIO: Audio captured during your session is streamed directly to the AI voice model for real-time processing. It is not recorded, stored, or retrievable by Alpenglow AI after your session ends.
  • TRANSCRIPTS: Conversation transcripts displayed in the UI are held in your browser session. They are not stored on Alpenglow AI servers beyond what is necessary to maintain your in-session UI state.
  • RESUME & JD CONTENT: Documents you upload to HireMe (resumes, job descriptions) are held in memory for your active session only. They are purged when your session ends. Alpenglow AI does not read, store, or analyze them outside of the live session.
  • AI COACHING FEEDBACK: Coaching scores, suggestions, and AI feedback generated during a session are displayed to you. They are not stored, shared with employers, or used to build a profile of you.
  • NO TRAINING USE: Conversation content from HireMe, SpeakMe, and ExplainMe is never used to train, evaluate, or improve any AI model — by Alpenglow AI or by any third party.
  • CONTENT SCOPE ENFORCEMENT (ExplainMe): ExplainMe is restricted to legitimate academic and professional educational topics. The AI agent is instructed to decline requests that fall outside this scope (e.g., illegal activities, harmful content, sexual content). When the AI declines a request for policy reasons, we may log a metadata record (session ID, timestamp, category of refusal). We do NOT log or retain the content of the refused request.
  • DMCA & COPYRIGHT TAKEDOWN DATA: If Alpenglow AI receives a DMCA takedown notice relating to content you uploaded, we retain the notice, your contact information associated with the account, and any correspondence for the minimum period required to process the notice and defend against any legal challenge. DMCA counter-notice information is similarly retained. This data is not used for marketing or profiling.

GlowTranslate — Video, Audio & Document Content

GlowTranslate processes media content you submit for translation and localization:

  • MEDIA PROCESSING: Video, audio, and document files are processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling your translation request. Processing occurs on secure cloud infrastructure and the content is not accessible to Alpenglow AI personnel except where you request technical support.
  • NO RETENTION AFTER DELIVERY: After your translated output is delivered and confirmed, source and output files are deleted from processing infrastructure. Alpenglow AI does not maintain an archive of your media.
  • NO REUSE: Alpenglow AI acquires no rights to your video, audio, or text content. We do not use your content for AI model training, demonstrations, portfolios, or any other purpose.
  • THIRD-PARTY PROCESSORS: Translation jobs may involve third-party AI infrastructure (speech synthesis, lip-sync). These providers process only the technical data required for the job under data processing agreements and do not retain media after job completion.

GlowFlow — Role Automation

GlowFlow automates business processes on your behalf:

  • WORKFLOW DATA: Data processed by GlowFlow workers (emails, CRM records, documents, financial data) is processed solely to execute your configured automation and is not stored beyond what is required for that execution.
  • INTEGRATIONS: When you connect third-party systems (CRM, email, ERP), Alpenglow AI processes the minimum data necessary to perform the automation. We do not use integration data for any purpose other than executing your workflows.
  • AUDIT LOGS: Workflow execution logs (timestamps, status, error codes) are retained for 90 days for debugging and support purposes. Logs do not contain the full content of processed documents or messages.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, license, or trade your personal information. The only circumstances under which data may be disclosed to third parties are:

  • INFRASTRUCTURE PROVIDERS: Cloud hosting, database, and AI model providers who process data strictly on our behalf under binding data processing agreements. These providers have no independent right to use your data.
  • PAYMENT PROCESSING: Stripe processes payment transactions. We do not share conversation content or uploaded files with Stripe.
  • LEGAL REQUIREMENT: We may disclose information if required by a valid court order, subpoena, or government directive. We will notify affected users to the extent permitted by law.
  • BUSINESS TRANSFER: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all assets, your data may transfer to the successor entity under equivalent privacy protections. You will be notified of any such transfer.

We never share your data with advertisers, data brokers, recruiters, or marketing platforms.

Cookies & Tracking

We use a minimal set of cookies strictly necessary to operate the Services:

  • Authentication session cookies — to keep you logged in during a session.
  • CSRF protection tokens — to prevent cross-site request forgery.
  • Preference cookies — to remember UI settings you explicitly configure.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, cross-site behavioral tracking, or any analytics that identify individual users. We do not use Google Analytics or similar user-tracking tools.

Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary:

  • Account data (email, billing reference): Retained while your account is active and for up to 90 days after account deletion, then permanently purged.
  • Session metadata (timestamps, duration): Retained for 12 months for usage reporting and abuse prevention, then permanently purged.
  • Conversation content, voice audio, transcripts: Not retained beyond the active session (see Sections 3–5).
  • Uploaded files: Purged at session end (GlowVoice) or upon delivery confirmation (GlowTranslate).
  • Support correspondence: Retained for 2 years for support continuity, then purged.

You may request immediate deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting info@alpenglow.ai.

Security

We apply the following measures to protect your data:

  • All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher.
  • Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256.
  • Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel with multi-factor authentication.
  • Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with a work factor appropriate to current hardware.
  • We conduct regular security reviews of third-party dependencies and infrastructure.

No system is perfectly secure. If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to support@alpenglow.ai.

Your Rights

Regardless of your location, Alpenglow AI honors the following rights for all users:

  • ACCESS: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about your account.
  • CORRECTION: You may update inaccurate account data at any time through account settings.
  • DELETION: You may request permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data.
  • PORTABILITY: You may request an export of your account data in a machine-readable format.
  • OBJECTION: You may object to any data processing that is not strictly necessary to deliver the Services.

To exercise any of these rights, contact info@alpenglow.ai. We will respond within 30 days. No fee is charged for these requests.

Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data to Alpenglow AI, contact us immediately at info@alpenglow.ai and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. If we make material changes — particularly changes that weaken any of the commitments in this policy — we will notify users by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Minor clarifications will be noted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
